The hotel was absolutely great. The staff were responsive, thanks to them everything was lovely. Loved my room, it was well-equipped and brand-new. The room had a nice bathroom and a beautiful view. The staff at Casa Ybel Resort were amazing, making my stay enjoyable. The resort's beachfront location is ideal, only a 10-15 minute walk to Gulfside City Park Beach. The variety of delicious food offered at the hotel's poolside restaurant was fantastic.

The room was well furnished and brand-new, offered useful things, such as a microwave oven, coffee & tea making facilities, and a fridge. The bathroom was impeccably clean with a bath.

The hotel was in the beachfront setting by the tennis courts that guests are allowed to use after check out. Besides, it was not far from a beautiful beach in the middle of the nature as well as a very close.

Booking was excellent,room very clean,well located but poor staffing services ,we wante beach umbrellas and chairs,so besides paying for them we had to wait a long time for them to be delivered, and on top the servvice is very bad

The location was peaceful, within a close distance from Knapps Point Cape. The Farmer's market and a market were right next door. Had a fun stay in our well-equipped and brand-new room with a pull out couch, the bedroom plus beautiful view.
